This will be the case in 2025, with the immersive campaign (broadcast in 14 languages) Vivez l'instant T, vivez l'instant Tunisie, launched by the Office National du Tourisme Tunisien, which will be visible in sixteen European markets, including France, Tunisia's leading outbound tourist market, and to name but a few: Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Norway, etc.

For budgetary reasons, television and radio were not included in the campaign. Instead, all forms of digital advertising were favoured: DOOH (digital outdoor advertising), short-form videos and social networks. Traditional billboards and the press were also used, as well as special events.Tunisia relaunches its 2025 tourism promotion in Europe.

2024: a golden year for Tunisian tourism

Let's look back at the 2024 figures confirmed by the Tunisian Ministry of Tourism: in 2024, Tunisia received more than 10.25 million tourists, generating revenue equivalent to €2.25 million, an increase of almost 9% compared with 2023.

The European market accounted for 29% of arrivals, up 16.9% on 2023, with the French on top of the podium (1,078,221, +6.2%), followed by the Germans (329,423, +8.7%) and the British just behind (326,874, +67.7%) *.

2025: a year that promises to be even better

In a previous article on our blog, we announced that the Orchestra, barometer, published by L'Echo Touristique, had confirmed that Spain and Tunisia were the two favourite destinations for the French on 28 February 2025, ahead of Greece and Morocco. **

In February 2025, Tunisia recorded one of the strongest growth rates (in terms of bookings) of all the destinations: +22% more business than in 2024, a figure that augurs well for an excellent tourist season in 2025. **

Tunisia charms with its authenticity and diversity, appealing to all types of traveller. Its assets include beaches, archaeological sites, oases, gastronomy, ecotourism and well-being. Tunisia is relaunching its 2025 tourism promotion in Europe.

As a multicultural destination, Tunisia is a great place to recharge your batteries and live the moment to the full. The Vivez l'instant T, vivez l'instant Tunisie campaign promotes an authentic vision of the country. Designed by Orès Collective (an agency based in Lille with operations on three continents), the promotional campaign highlights Tunisian emotion and simplicity, in the face of Europeans who need to recuperate, take refuge in other dimensions where kindness and well-being have meaning, and disconnect from the problems around them.

Through film, short videos and visuals, the campaign captures the unique moments experienced by travellers. The film was directed by Nicolas GUITTARD and Clément BALMEY.

The ONTT's aim is to position Tunisia as a must-see destination that offers a memorable experience, conducive to disconnecting and reconnecting with what's essential.

It's a safe bet that this exceptional campaign will further enhance Tunisia's immense appeal in Europe...
